Services

SolidRail State College Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services in State College, PA and surrounding areas. We offer a variety of fencing options including wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates are provided for informational purposes only. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and other factors discovered during the project. We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Projects will not be considered complete until full payment is received.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Labor warranties are provided for our installation services. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and will be outlined in your service agreement.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by weather, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Property Access and Permits

You are responsible for providing clear access to your property and ensuring all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. You agree to mark underground utilities and inform us of any potential hazards on your property.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidRail State College Fencing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
